A journey to Hibusong Island
To get to Hibusong Island, we first flew to Surigao City, the capital of Surigao del Norte. From there, we took a tricycle to the port of Punta Beach. Once we arrived at the port, we chartered a boat to take us to Hibusong Island. The boat ride was about an hour long, but the journey was worth it as we were greeted by stunning panoramic views of the Surigao Strait.

Dahican Beach 1
Our first stop upon arriving in Hibusong Island was Dahican Beach 1, a long stretch of white sand beach lined with coconut trees. We couldn't help but be amazed by the crystal-clear waters. The beach was quiet and peaceful, except for the occasional sound of waves crashing against the shore. We took advantage of the tranquil atmosphere and enjoyed swimming and sunbathing on the beach.

Balukawe
Our next stop was Balukawe, a rocky area located on the northern side of the island. The view of the sea and the rock formations was simply breathtaking. We walked around the area and took plenty of photos. We highly recommend bringing your own snacks and drinks, as there are no stores or vendors in the area.

Tabok
Our third stop was Tabok, another rocky area located on the eastern part of the island. The rock formations and scenery were stunning, it was as if we were transported to another world. We stayed for a while to watch the waves as they crashed against the rocks.

Canlibud Tambayan
After exploring the rocky areas, we headed to Canlibud Tambayan, a small village located near the center of the island. The village offered a glimpse into the local lifestyle. We met friendly locals and enjoyed interacting with them. There are few stores and vendors in the area, so we recommend bringing snacks and drinks with you.

Looc Spring Well
Our next stop was Looc Spring Well, a natural spring located near the center of the island. We were amazed by the clear blue water, and the peaceful atmosphere made it an ideal place to take a break from our adventure. We swam in the cool waters and enjoyed the beauty of the surrounding area.

Dinagat Islands
From Hibusong Island, we took a boat to the nearby Dinagat Islands. The islands are famous for their stunning beaches, scenery, and diving spots. We visited Loreto, Liberty, and Helene, each of which had their own unique attractions. We enjoyed snorkeling and diving in the crystal-clear waters of the islands, and we highly recommend visiting them if you have the chance.

Heading Back

After a day full of exploring, it was time to head back to the port of Punta Beach. As we sailed back, we couldn't help but be amazed by the beauty of the Surigao Strait. We took plenty of photos and enjoyed the view until we arrived at Punta Beach.
